How the Broadview Dental referral program works
Your referral completes their first visit
Referral rewards are issued after the new patient you refer completes their first appointment. Scheduling an appointment alone does not qualify for the reward.
Your referral should mention your name
Please ask your referral to share your name when they schedule or during their first visit. This helps our team connect the referral to you and make sure you receive your thank you.
There is no limit to the referrals you can make
You are welcome to refer as many new patients as you would like. Each eligible referral is an opportunity to earn a referral reward.
Referrals for immediate family members are not eligible
Referrals for a spouse or dependent child are not eligible for the referral reward.
